The Community of Circle C Ranch
Circle C Ranch is the most recognized master planned community in Southwest Austin and known for it's family friendly environment, ease of access to major freeways, and unprecedented recreational amenities. Circle C Ranch was the first of the Circle C Communities, built in the mid/late 80s, and made a name for itself by featuring an olympic size pool and recreation area at the center of the community. Since the intial phase was such a success, it spawned continuous development of other Circle C Communities - namingly, Circle C West, Circle C Park Place, Vintage Place, Circle C Muirfield, Alta Mira, Meridian and the most recent - Avana Esquel and Grey Rock Ridge, which are located on the east side of I-45.
The median price for homes in the Circle C Austin Communities start in the high $300s, with a price-per-square-foot range of about $148 to over $220 per sq ft. Homes measure anywhere from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths being the norm. In addition, new homes are being built by a number of builders, including K.B.Home, David Weekly,and Standard Pacific- just to name a few.
